Delivery Policy

General Terms

We do our best to ensure that stocks are constantly available on but orders are subject to product availability. The stock is not reserved as far as your order has not been confirmed.

Order Confirmation

When you make a purchase on, an order confirmation email is sent to you with the tracking number related to your order.  Your order confirmation email will include all the transaction details:

  • Order Number
  • Item purchased with all the product details
  • Quantity
  • Billing/Shipping address
  • Payment Methods

Order Delivery

Before receiving the order, our Customer Support Service will call you to confirm the order and the exact delivery address. Concerning the delivery time, both for Cash on Delivery and Credit Card, it takes 3 to 7 Working Days.

Please note that the working days are from Saturday to Thursday

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on the products you purchase when you place your order and the delivery address. When you are in the checkout process, you can see the delivery fees applies. In general, the delivery time varies from 3 to 7 working days. Please be noted that the orders outside of Doha take longer time to deliver than those within the city of Doha.

- Saturday to Thursday

- 08.00 to 20.00

As stipulated by the Electronic Commerce and Transaction Law ( Article 58), if the delivery time exceeds 30 calendar days from the day the order was placed, the consumer should be given the right to cancel the order and must be entitled to a refund.



Return and Exchange policy

General Terms

All products purchased from can be returned within 72 hours from the delivery date as per the below points:

  • If the product delivered does not match the product description and specifications mentioned on
  • If the product delivered is defected or damaged
  • If the product is not in its original condition or does not include all the mentioned accessories or if it was not delivered in its original box/cover

If the conditions stipulated above are not met, and the customer still wants to return the item without any cause or justification, will not bear the shipping & delivery fees.

Products that cannot be returned does not accept returns if the product you desire to return was used, damaged or their original packaging was damaged or opened. Additionally, does not accept refunds or returns for items that are classified as:

  • Beauty material
  • Lingerie, innerwear apparel, socks
  • Health and personal care
  • Jewellery, CDs, DVDs, books, software
  • Customized products

Refund Cycle

The complete cycle of the refund process by takes from 7 up to 14 working days from the date of product arrival to our warehouse.

In case of accepted refund, if you placed the order with an online payment method such as credit card, or Debit card (Mastercard or Visa). The same amount will be refunded to the same payment method. It is important to note that it can take up to 30 days for the money to be returned from the date the credit is refunded to your payment method depending on the bank used. If you used cash on delivery for your order, you have 2 options to get your refund via:

  • Points to your wallet balance that you can use for any purchase on
  • Bank transfer

Shipping Fees

The shipping fees paid in your original order will not be refunded as well as any loyalty points gained from your refunded order. Alternatively, a customer can contact the customer service to request a bank transfer instead of wallet points.

The customer shall bear the shipping and delivery fees to and from Hayakm's warehouses even during the allowed period, if the customer wishes to return the goods/item without any cause/justification.
